Byron Bay Pizza Co is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in Mullumbimby NSW 2482, this is a pivotal role that combines picking, packing and delivery operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products reach customers promptly whilst maintaining the efficiency of our storage and distribution operations. This role offers flexibility and variety, making it ideal for someone seeking part-time work in the logistics and distribution sector.

What you'll be doing

- Operating delivery vehicle routes to transport Byron Bay Pizza Co products to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles with accuracy and care to protect product quality
- Maintaining inventory records and monitoring stock levels within the warehouse and storage facilities
- Organising and arranging products in the storage area according to company procedures and safety standards
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance checks and reporting any mechanical issues promptly
- Processing delivery documentation and obtaining customer signatures where required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, storage areas and delivery vehicles
- Assisting with receiving and processing incoming stock deliveries
- Supporting the broader warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Following health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

What we're looking for

- A valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record and experience operating light commercial vehicles

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and warehouse tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with clients
- Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and handle products regularly throughout the day
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting delivery schedules
- Attention to detail in record-keeping and inventory management
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
