We're looking for an experienced Procurement & Business Resilience Specialist to play a critical role in strengthening our procurement practices, operational resilience and business continuity capabilities.

This role supportsPeoplecare’soperational resilience through effective supplier management, third-party risk management, business continuity planning, and strong supplier governance frameworks. With a strong focus on regulatory alignment, particularly withAPRA Prudential Standard CPS 230, you’ll help strengthen our resilience capabilities and contribute to a future-ready organisation.

About the Role

As a Procurement & Business Resilience Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening and embedding Peoplecare's procurement practices, supplier governance, and operational resilience capabilities. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll support and enhance our procurement and supplier management framework, monitor and manage third-party risk, contribute to business continuity and resilience activities including plan reviews and testing,



and maintain Peoplecare's Protecht Third Party Risk and Business Resilience modules. Through this work, you'll help ensure our supplier relationships, risk controls, and resilience capabilities remain effective, compliant, and fit for purpose.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings a combination of procurement expertise, strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to risk and resilience.

You’ll ideally have:

- Proven experience inprocurement, supplier management, andcompliance
- Exposure to risk, compliance or governance functions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills




- The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Highdigital literacyand a passion forcontinuous learning

- Experience or exposure to business continuity, operational resilience, or Protecht systems
- Knowledge of APRA prudential requirements, particularly CPS 230
