Workskil Australia is seeking an Employment Coach at our Mandurah site, offering full time, ongoing work with comprehensive training and opportunities for a Certificate IV in Community Services within 12 months. You will be supported by a team of coaches, mentors and counsellors to help diverse customers overcome barriers and reach their employment goals.

You’ll coordinate coaching, resume preparation, and job search activities while meeting KPIs and contractual requirements.
