Phoenix Hospitality Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an Overnight Kitchen Steward for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. Join a professional kitchen team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety in a demanding overnight shift.

You will support chefs and kitchen staff, maintain equipment and work areas, and help ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day’s service. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and quality in a dynamic hospitality setting.
