Haylo People Pty Ltd is seeking a senior leader to manage the Medico Advisory team across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane with a adaptable hybrid arrangement. The role focuses on Medico Legal expertise, change management, and delivering high-quality outcomes for members and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will oversee a nine-person team of professionals, drive operational improvements, and partner with Claims and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional service within risk frameworks.
