City Chic in Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the floor, develop stylists, and drive robust commercial results in curvy fashion. You’ll own the store, mentor your team, and deliver a fashion-led customer experience every day.

You’ll focus on maximizing sales, loyalty, KPI achievement, visual merchandising, stock control, and safe store operations while managing budgets and payroll. The role requires flexible hours including weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
