Capital Cranes & Hoists (AUST) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Workshop & Fabrication Supervisor to lead our fabrication team at our Maddington site. This hands-on supervisory role focuses on safety, productivity and delivering workshop outputs on schedule.

You will coordinate boilermakers and shop staff, liaise with engineering, plan tasks and ensure quality workmanship across welded structures and fabrication projects in a heavy-industry workplace in Western Australia.
