Centre Director - Fraser Coast Region! Up to $130k base!!!

We're seeking an experienced Centre Director to join a 69 placed long day care in the Fraser Coast region. This is an opportunity for a confident leader who thrives on building strong teams, setting clear expectations and creating a positive, high-performing culture.

The centre is entering an exciting new chapter, with significant investment planned and strong support structures already in place. You'll play a key role in leading the team through change while ensuring high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators.

About the Role As Centre Director, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, leading a team of educators and ensuring the centre continues to deliver exceptional care and education.

You'll be joining a service with a strong foundation and a dedicated team, while also having the opportunity to make a genuine impact on culture, performance and team engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading the overall operations of the centre
- Supporting, mentoring and developing educators
- Building a positive and collaborative team culture
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and quality
- Developing strong relationships with children, families and the wider community




- Driving occupancy and supporting the continued success of the service
- Leading the team through an exciting period of growth and change

We're looking for a leader who is:

- Experienced working as a Centre Director
- Professional, confident and approachable
- A strong people leader who can unite teams and build engagement
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and setting clear expectations
- Organised, resilient and solutions-focused
- Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education and care

Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (minimum)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Robust understanding of the NQF, National Law and Regulations
- Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood setting
