Amida Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Leading Hand to join a prestigious high-end fit-out contractor delivering commercial projects in Sydney. You will support the Site Manager, overseeing daily site operations, safety, and quality on projects up to $15 million, with Procore/Buildpass experience preferred.

The role requires a trade or building qualification, 2–5+ years of site supervision, solid communication, and the ability to read drawings.
