Davidson seeks a commercially driven General Manager - Sales + Operations to lead a growing personal-lending business in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This hands-on role oversees 10 branches, 40–50 sales staff and major operational functions, with travel across PNG required and relocation from Australia provided.

You will report to the CEO and work with senior leadership to drive growth, improve performance and build high-performing teams in a diverse setting.
