Position: Full Time Customer Service Representative

Casa Blanco, a rapidly expanding luxury furniture brand, is currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Full Time Customer Service Representative. Our brand is renowned for its energetic growth, high-quality luxury furniture, and a strong commitment to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain emails and receive inbound phone calls.

Engage with, assist, and advise clients and designers via email and over the phone, ensuring a premium customer experience reflective of the Casa Blanco brand.

Support daily customer related operations, including visual merchandising and maintaining an inspiring workplace for clients and team members alike.

Generate invoices and send invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

Contribute to the team's success by meeting and exceeding targets and contributing to a positive, dynamic team environment.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated interest in design, furniture, and interiors, with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.

Proven customer service experience, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
