Appointment Setter (Customer Engagement Specialist) | Solar & Batteries

Energy Solution Centre is expanding and we’re looking for a reliable, high-performing Appointment Setter / Admin Support to join our in-house team on the Gold Coast.

If you like organisation, clear systems, quality conversations, and being rewarded for doing things properly, this role stacks up.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who have already shown interest in solar and battery solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

- Responding to inbound calls and online enquiries
- Greeting and assisting showroom walk-in customers
- Managing and qualifying incoming leads
- Booking and confirming appointments for our Solar & Battery Specialists
- Supporting basic admin related to appointments and customer records
- Maintaining clean, accurate CRM data
- Following up professionally to ensure appointment attendance

This role is a mix of appointment setting and admin support.

No hard selling.
No pressure tactics.
The focus is quality conversations and well-prepared appointments.

Leads & Systems

- 100% hot leads from marketing, showroom walk-ins, and referrals
- Minimal cold outreach
- Clear call scripts and frameworks
- CRM-based workflows
- Support from experienced sales and leadership

You’re not convincing people solar exists.
They’ve already raised their hand.

Hours & Lifestyle

- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Stable, predictable hours
- No late nights




- No weekend work

This role is built for consistency and structure.

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for someone with:

- CRM experience
- Confidence using Google Workspace
- Background in customer service or cold calling
- Strong phone manner and organisational skills

Solar experience is not required, but preferred.
Training is provided.

This Role Is Not For

- People who dislike phone conversations
- Anyone chasing shortcuts or quick cash
- Call-centre volume calling with no qualification
- Low effort, low accountability
