Rivina Recruitment is recruiting a refrigeration service technician for an established commercial refrigeration and HVAC business in Brisbane. The role offers varied breakdown and service work, practical independence and experienced technical support when you need it.

The work

You’ll attend reactive refrigeration breakdowns, diagnose faults, replace components and carry out repairs and servicing. You’ll communicate clearly with customers and the service team, complete the required records and adapt as daily priorities change.





Participation in the agreed refrigeration on-call roster is part of the role. The current brief describes a rotation of approximately one week in eight, with standby and call-out payments. The final roster and payment arrangements will be discussed during the process.

What you’ll bring

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Practical commercial refrigeration fault-finding, breakdown and repair capability.
- The confidence to work independently and ask for technical support when needed.
- Clear communication, reliable follow-through and pride in your work.

Relevant capability matters more than a rigid years-of-experience cut-off. Tell us about the refrigeration equipment you’ve serviced and the faults you’ve diagnosed.

Customer-site requirements include police checks and Blue Card requirements. Licences, site access and working arrangements will be discussed during the process.
