OneHarvest in Sydney seeks experienced Team Leaders for our Smeaton Grange site on the AM shift. You will supervise teams of Process Workers and Machine Operators, drive safety and productivity, and mentor staff to hit KPIs in a rapid-paced FMCG environment.

We value hands-on leadership, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to process improvements, with a focus on quality and food hygiene in cold room conditions.
