You will own admin and compliance for the store, roster multiple departments, keep the back-office ticking and ensure smooth operations so the Store Manager can lead from the front.

As a leader on the floor, you will coach staff, maintain presentation standards, and ensure WHS and food safety compliance while driving sales and customer experience.
