Senior Property Manager - Premium Portfolio (Central Gold Coast or South Gold Coast locations)

If you're an experienced Property Manager who values quality over quantity, this role offers something genuinely rare on the Gold Coast (2 locations, either Central Gold Coast or South Gold Coast).

We've partnered with 2 highly regarded, high-end Property Management agencies known for managing premium portfolios and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don't come up often.

They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of just 100-140 properties.

What sets this role apart:

- Salary $90,000 - $100,000 (DOE) + Super + Commissions

- Manage your portfolio end-to-end with confidence
- Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care
- Conduct routine inspections and detailed reporting
- Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1-3 years' Property Management experience

Current QLD Certificate of Registration

Strong communication and time management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Valid driver's licence
