Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store workplace
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, styles and sizes.
- Develop good product knowledge and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
- Process sales, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and product displays.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stock counts and general store operations.
- Support the team in achieving store sales and service goals.

About You

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive and reliable.
- Interested in retail, fashion or footwear.
- Able to work independently after training.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
