Walkson Recruitment Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take over a premium portfolio of 100–140 properties across Central Gold Coast or South Gold Coast. The role offers two locations and the option for WFH after settling in.

You will manage the portfolio end-to-end, oversee maintenance, inspections, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Queensland legislation. A solid focus on landlord and tenant relationships is essential.
