Cater Care is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead our Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport. This permanent full time role (38 hours per week) focuses on delivering excellent customer service while coordinating daily restaurant operations.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality, retail or kitchen experience, RSA and Food Safety qualifications, and a proactive leadership mindset. Availability from 5.00am starts is required to cover early shifts.
