Business Development Manager Boutique Property Agency | Gold Coast

A boutique Gold Coast real estate agency is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager OR Assistant Business Development Manager to join its close-knit team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and growing a rent roll within a genuinely supportive environment.

The Opportunity

- Identify and secure new property management business across the Gold Coast.
- Build and maintain relationships with property investors, landlords and referral partners.
- Generate recent leads and convert opportunities into long-term management agreements.
- Conduct rental appraisals and present property management proposals.
- Work closely with the Director and Property Management team to support business growth.
- Build the agency's presence and reputation within the local market.

About You





- Previous experience in Business Development within residential property management.
- Strong understanding of the Gold Coast property market.
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working autonomously.
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
