The Friends’ School in Hobart invites applications for Lead Educators to join Friends’ Early Learning, with ongoing and fixed-term 12-month contracts. You will lead a team of educators to create a welcoming, safe, engaging and inclusive learning setting where children feel valued and supported to thrive.

You will design and evaluate play-based programs, guide staff, build partnerships with families, and contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
