Randstad Australia is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead the clinical operations of an aged care home in the greater Geelong region. This full time role reports to the Facility Manager and centers on clinical governance, care planning, and team leadership.

You will champion person-centred care, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor nursing and care staff to excel. The ideal candidate is an Registered Nurse with substantial Australian aged care experience.
