We are looking for a Delivery Lead to keep one of our delivery teams at Horizon Digital running smoothly while it builds our own products and supports a growing list of clients. You will run the team’s routine, own the backlog and make sure client support is fast, well organised and properly tracked. It’s busy, varied work, so this suits someone who brings calm and structure to a team juggling a lot at once, and who enjoys looking after people as much as the board.

The Team

You will join a product and support team of developers, ops support and product leads working across Perth and Pakistan. The team looks after Horizon’s internal AI products and provides ongoing support for clients ranging from Tier One mining and resources through to local businesses. You will work closely with the Lead Engineer, who owns how things get built, while you own how the team delivers.

What You Will Do

- Run the team’s routine, including standups, sprint planning, retros and showcases
- Own the shared backlog and decide what goes into each sprint, balancing product work, client requests and support with the Lead Engineer on capacity
- Make sure client support runs well, with urgent issues picked up straight away, clear escalation paths and hours tracked against each client’s allowance
- Be the delivery face for support clients in their regular meetings, with the Lead Engineer covering the technical side
- Look after the team’s capacity, leave,



timesheets and wellbeing across a mix of junior and senior developers
- Represent the team at weekly delivery and leadership meetings, and raise it early when the team needs help

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar in a software or digital environment
- Confidence running agile ceremonies and managing a backlog with competing priorities
- Experience running client support or service delivery, including SLAs, support allowances and client reporting
- A people focused leadership style that keeps a busy team organised without anyone burning out
- Clear, calm communication with clients and developers alike
- Comfort working with a distributed team across time zones

Desirable Background

- Product owner experience on an internal or SaaS product
- Agency or consultancy delivery environments
- Hands on use of AI tools in your day to day delivery work
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or similar
