The role of the Ecommerce Assistant is to support the Ecommerce team in the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, the Ecom Assistant works within expected weekly and seasonal delivery timelines to ensure product is created and available for purchase onsite – helping to ensure sales targets are met and consistent growth is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the coordination of assets and the upload of all saleable Incu Multi and Mono product – ensuring accuracy is delivered and timelines are met. Including but not limited to:

Product creation and activation Copywriting; descriptions, sizing, compositions

Product tags, collection pages

- Completes regular stock checks to ensure all styles and brands are available for sale on the website, and coordinates product pulls with studio team if not.
- Visual merchandising collection and brand pages - in accordance with deliveries,



launch timelines and sales performance,
- Conducts daily QC checks to ensure product descriptions, images, etc are all correct and displaying on relevant collection pages.
- Involved in coordination of product planning and landing pages to support Marketing calendar e.g. brand launches, sale pages etc.
- Works with Ecom team to receive customer/business feedback and updates site content accordingly.

Required Skills:

- Previous experience within an Ecommerce or Merchandise environment.
- Shopify, AP21 or similar experience will be highly regarded.
- Highly organised with experience managing a calendar/timeline.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation of tasks to operate and thrive in a rapid-
- paced environment. Works well under pressure.
- High level attention to detail.
- Analytical and considered in approach.
