Our client, a well-established hoist and scaffolding company with an office and yard based in Blacktown, is seeking licensed riggers specialising in the installation, extension and dismantling of Material Hoists and Man & Material Hoists across construction sites throughout Sydney.

Offering a competitive rate depending on qualifications and experience.

Consistent Monday to Friday work is available, with optional overtime and Saturday work providing additional earning opportunities.

The Role

- Installation, extension and dismantling of Material Hoists and Man & Material Hoists.

- Assembly and installation of hoist mast sections, landing gates, ties and associated components.

- Work alongside experienced hoist riggers and technicians to complete installations safely and efficiently.

- Follow site-specific SWMS, safety procedures and installation requirements.

- Work across a variety of commercial and residential construction projects throughout Sydney.

To Be Successful

- Current High Risk Work Licence – Basic Rigging (RB) minimum. Intermediate (RI) and Advanced (RA) riggers are also encouraged to apply.

- Previous experience installing, extending or dismantling construction hoists is highly regarded.

- Riggers with transferable skills and limited or no direct hoist experience will also be considered, with training provided.

- Valid White Card (Construction Induction).





- Comfortable working at heights and physically capable of performing hands-on installation work.

- Solid understanding of workplace safety and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions while also using initiative.

- Willingness to develop specialist skills and take on greater responsibilities as experience grows.
