The Role

Terminus Apartment Hotel is currently seeking an energetic, customer focused and experienced Maintenance Handyperson. Working closely with our award-winning guest service team, housekeeping and management team you will be responsible to ensure well maintained rooms and public areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day general maintenance duties within the hotel rooms and public areas

- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls





- Maintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper condition

- Ensuring our high quality standards are maintained

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when engaging with Guests

- Basic gardening duties

The successful candidate will have:

- An eye for detail

- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

- Positive attitude

- Ability to work without close supervision and within established timeframes

- Strong work ethic
