Position Details:

- Job Title: Medical Receptionist - General Practice

- Employment Type: Permanent Part Time or Full Time (30 to 38 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities: As a receptionist you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and welcoming manner

- Building rapport with our regular patients

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while respecting their confidentiality

- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently

- Ensuring waiting areas are clean and comfortable for patients

- Billing and payment processes

- Assisting with general administrative duties in both GP & Occupational Health to support the clinic's operations

Essential Skills: We are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes:

- Excellent time management skills
- An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn

- Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently

- Friendly, compassionate, and caring nature





- Honest and reliable

- Exceptional work ethic with a strong ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment

- Proficient computer and literacy skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

While not essential, the following experience would be a plus:

- Experience with Best Practice Software is an advantage

- Previous experience in a GP or Occupational Health Clinic desirable but not essential
