Haneco is seeking an AI Business Analyst to turn business ideas and project briefs into well-researched, practical recommendations.

Working directly with the business owner, you will receive the background, objectives and available information for a project, then take responsibility for investigating it. You will identify what else needs to be understood, gather reliable information and use AI and analytical tools to assess the opportunity.

You will be their right hand: keeping projects moving, running day-to-day operations, and finding smarter ways to utilize AI in the business.

This isn't just a diary-and-coffee role. You will coordinate projects from kick-off to delivery, handle the details nobody else has time for, and help shape how the business uses AI every day.

Your work will help the owner decide whether an idea is viable, what it would require and how it could be progressed. Depending on the project, your deliverables may include a feasibility assessment, business case, business plan, analytical report or presentation.

This is a hands-on role requiring advanced AI capability, commercial judgement and the ability to work independently from an initial brief through to a completed recommendation.

What you will do?

- Translate project briefs into a clear research approach. Understand the owner’s objectives, identify key questions and establish the information needed to assess each project.
- Research opportunities and test assumptions. Investigate markets, competitors, customer needs, potential partners and operational requirements.
- Use AI to execute research and analysis.



Select and combine appropriate tools to gather information, analyse data, compare options and develop findings.
- Assess business feasibility. Examine potential benefits, costs, risks, resource requirements and implementation considerations, seeking specialist input where needed.
- Prepare business cases and proposals. Bring the evidence together into transparent documents that explain the opportunity, available options and recommended next steps.
- Check the quality of the evidence. Validate sources, calculations and AI-generated outputs, clearly identifying assumptions, information gaps and uncertainty.
- Manage your project workload. Find new ways AI could save time or improve results and help put them in place.
- Communicate in Mandarin and English. Support business discussions, correspondence and coordination while handling sensitive information with discretion.

What you will bring?

You can take a business question, investigate it thoroughly and explain what the findings mean. You are comfortable working independently, challenging assumptions and developing a recommendation supported by evidence.

We are looking for:

- Experience in business analysis, commercial research, consulting,



feasibility assessment or a comparable project-based role.
- 2+ years in an operations, executive assistant, project coordinator or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and real curiosity about how they can be used at work.
- Confidence with project management and productivity tools such as monday.com, Asana, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Clear written communication and confident presentation skills.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential business information.
- Fluent spoken Mandarin and strong written and spoken English to support research and business discussions.

You will need to demonstrate how you have used AI to produce accurate, useful work and how your analysis has supported a business decision.
