We'rethrilledto be working withan expandingmedia agency during a BIG growth phase!With several recent client wins, the successfulDigital Account Manager or newly-appointed Digital Senior Account Managerwill step in andbe a part of one of Melbourne'smost cherished and respected Digital Performance teams.

The Opportunity:

- As thesuccessful DigitalAccount Manager/ Snr Account Manageryou’ll be leading, inspiring and managinga small team of juniors and supporting the Performance Director
- Implement thestrategic vision for the paid media department
- Develop and implement the planning, quality assurance and processfor your team
- Create digitally-led and performance-driven solutions
- Work directly with your clients
- Champion thePerformanceteam andensuredelivery of all-paid media work
- Contribute tostrategic client decisions and be accountable for the performance, growth, success and evolution of yourjuniors




- Be a voice of leadership for your team!

You:

- Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
- Have at least4+ years ofpaid mediaexperience
- Recentagencyexperience is desirable
- Have an innate understanding of the local digital media ecosystem, including publishers, platforms and technology players, with a strategic, empathetic and creative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Outstanding ability to turn client briefs intoafantastic digital marketing plan
- Proven management experience
- Excellent verbal, written and comms skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- A keen understanding of agency economics
- Incredible business acumen
