At House Staging 4Less, we help homeowners and real estate agents maximise property appeal through affordable, high-impact styling. With years of experience and a strong portfolio, we’re now looking for a confident, people-oriented Sales Representative to help grow our real estate partnerships across Melbourne.

About the Role

This is a part-time sales & marketing role focused on connecting with real estate agents. You’ll be responsible for introducing our styling services, booking meetings, and helping secure new jobs. You are also required to plan, prepare and manage Marketing tasks that can result in better presentation and brand awareness of our business. You’ll work from our Ivanhoe office, with some flexibility to plan your days. This is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is motivated by results, and have experience with marketing and using social media to the benefit of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Reach out to real estate agents via phone, email, and in person
- Build and maintain a pipeline of relationships
- Promote our styling services and book meetings
- Follow up regularly and close new styling projects
- Use our tools (CRM, email templates, videos) to support your outreach

What’s On Offer

- Part-time word
- Payment of 25-35/hr depending on the experience
- Work hybrid – from home and our Ivanhoe office

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales or real estate (preferred, but not required)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Melbourne-based
