NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead Hat Head Holiday Park, commencing 1 December 2026.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations with your team of about 12, balancing guest experience, safety, and commercial performance. This is a full time fixed-term contract to 30 June 2027 and includes manager accommodation.

This coastal NSW park offers direct access to beach and creek and a close-knit team dedicated to guest experiences.
