Capital Equipment Sales Manager - Mining and Mineral Processing Equipment.

Consep Engineering is a global leader in specialised mineral processing technologies, delivering innovative solutions to mining operations worldwide.

Due to conssistant growth the company is looking to appoint an experienced mineral processing equipment sales professional to its Perth based team.

In this role you will work with clients to understand their requirements, prepare tender/pricing submissions and work closely with process and project engineering to deliver products that meet or exceed expectations.

This is a Perth based role however you will be expected to travel both locally and internationally as required to win work.

Principal Accountabilities:

Respond to tender and RFQ invitations from current and existing clients.

Coordinate a tender team to evaluate respond to enquiries comprising project, process engineering, design and finance.

Prepare and present customer proposals and presentations.





With the support of senior management negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities.

Be at the forefront of industry marketing efforts primarily by attending and participating in major trade shows.

While this is a commercially focussed role, there is also a strong technical component. The successful candidate is likely to have a processing or chemical engineering background prior to moving into equipment sales. We are open about what type of process engineering you have the type of equipment you have sold, however candidates with experience in the gold processing sector will have an advantage. You should be comfortable bidding on equipment only packages (not installation) of up to $5M.
