We are seeking a Personal Care Worker with experience and qualifications as a Medicator to join our team, supporting our Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality resident care along with medication administration. You will work alongside long-term staff who are genuinely devoted to our Residents wellbeing, in a friendly and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Support Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality resident care
- Assist with medication administration under Registered Nurse supervision

About you

- Certificate IV in Ageing Support, or AIN/EN qualification, or relevant PCW experience
- Willingness and ability to work as a medicator, under Registered Nurse supervision
- Working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Understanding of Infection Prevention and Control procedures




- Understanding of Work Health and Safety requirements
- Current Federal Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise residents' care needs
- A collaborative team player
- Reliable, flexible and proactive
- Ability to work 28 hours or more per week - Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- Kind and caring, with genuine respect for residents privacy and dignity
