Based on the North Shore and well suited to candidates living on the Northern Beaches.

The Company

This builder has built its reputation on integrity, quality and long term client relationships.

With a team of around 30 staff, they deliver projects across heritage, government facilities, office fit outs and refurbishments.

They focus on technically interesting and design driven projects typically in the $1M to $10M range, with occasional larger builds.

They have won multiple MBA awards and continue to impress clients with their quality and service. Around 50 percent of their work is negotiated, reflecting the strength of their relationships and reputation.

The culture is team-oriented and down to earth. It is a team environment with no egos,



where people support each other and focus on delivering great outcomes without unnecessary process.

The Person

The person they are looking for is first and foremost a builder at heart. You have delivered a range of commercial construction projects in the $1M to $10M range and consistently push to achieve strong results.

You bring solid programming skills and a deep understanding of contract administration. Developing project teams is a strength, and you earn the respect of everyone around you from the Site Manager through to labourers and subcontractors.

Your ability to build trust with clients and deliver a high level of service will set you apart.
