Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking an experienced Senior Pharmacist to provide district-wide leadership across Hospital Avoidance Services. You will support HITH and Aged Care Outreach, offering strategic pharmacy guidance to improve protected medication practices and patient outcomes closer to home.

The role is temporary part time (16 hours/week) for 86 weeks, with a pro rata remuneration of $142,587.86 - $146,446.46 per annum.
