Property Manager | North East Corridor | Adelaide

The Role

Managing a portfolio of approximately approx. 140 properties within the North East Corridor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, with a solid focus on relationship management and in-house duties.

You'll be supported by:

- A dedicated Leasing Manager
- A floating Property Manager who covers annual leave and sick leave
- A large, experienced team within one of Adelaide's leading agencies

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing a well-maintained portfolio
- Conducting annual routine inspections and final bond inspections
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Handling the day-to-day management of your portfolio with excellent administrative support




- Primarily undertaking inhouse duties only

About You:

- Property Management experience essential (registered)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage your portfolio confidently and independently
- Positive, team-focused attitude
