Apollo Restaurant Group is opening a new venue in Manly and seeks an experienced Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen and bring the concept to life. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently outstanding food while building a positive, collaborative team culture.

We value hands-on leadership, calm under pressure, and a genuine love of great produce. This is a dynamic, growth-focused role within a group that supports its people and aims to expand across Sydney.
