The Green in Brisbane is seeking a full time Restaurant Manager to own the evening trade and our events program. You will lead front-of-house operations, plan dinner service, forecast demand and pricing, and grow bookings for functions.

Reporting to the head chef, you will recruit and train staff, manage rosters and wage costs, and ensure food safety, liquor and WHS compliance across busy service and events.
