About the Role

You will work directly with male NDIS participants who require support that enhances their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life in their homes.

Note: This role involves personal care and is open to male applicants only, in line with the participant’s preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Domestic support (light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Community access and transport to appointments or activities
- Social and emotional support
- Assisting with daily routines and goal-based activities
- Following care plans and working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals





What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in disability, aged care, or community support particularly high behavioural needs (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and qualified approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with medication administration
- Commitment to promoting client dignity and independence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (current)
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
