Chelgrave Contracting is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a busy dairy manufacturing site in Melbourne’s South East. You’ll cover on-shift breakdowns, perform planned servicing, and run preventative maintenance with a focus on reliability and food safety.

Working on a rotating day/afternoon/night roster, you’ll join an established maintenance team, use CMMS for record-keeping, and ensure equipment stays online while upholding HACCP and GMP standards.
