We're looking for someone with a genuine appreciation for fashion, homewares and design, who thrives in a creative retail environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As part of our small, dedicated team, you'll bring confidence, warmth and a strong understanding of premium retail. You'll enjoy connecting with customers, building lasting relationships and contributing to the continued success of our store.

About You

- Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally within a premium or independent boutique environment.

- A genuine passion for fashion, interiors, homewares and emerging trends.

- A natural ability to engage with customers and deliver thoughtful, personalised service.

- Sales-driven, commercially aware and motivated to achieve results.

- Well-presented, confident and approachable, with a robust sense of personal style.

- Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

- A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all aspects of boutique life.

The Role

This is a casual position requiring availability for at least one weekend day and approximately two to three weekdays.

Why Bedouin Traders?

Join an established, independent lifestyle boutique where fashion, interiors and design come together.
