MiCare is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer – Home Care Project to lead the end-to-end fortnightly payroll for our Home Care workforce across Victoria and Queensland, while testing and implementing the SCHADS Award interpreter within Care Systems.

You will translate complex award requirements into accurate system configurations, identify efficiency gains, and support streamlined payroll processes in a hybrid work setting.
