We are looking for senior project leaders to deliver a major new hospital redevelopment for a government infrastructure agency.
The role
•Accountable for design, commercial, quality, time and budget outcomes
•Lead a team of 25-30 public servants and specialist consultants
•Manage the delivery partner relationship and negotiate complex commercial arrangements
•Engage clinicians, hospital executives and the community
•Report to government and the project board, with strong governance, risk and probity
You bring
•10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure projects
•Health infrastructure experience (strongly desired)
•A record of working with senior government stakeholders
•A safety-first, inclusive leadership style The arrangement
•Hybrid, with at least 3 days a week in Canberra or on site
•Full time contract, initial 12 months with extensions possible
