PROJECT MANAGER | COMMERCIAL INSURANCE & ROOFING | BRISBANE

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business specialising in commercial insurance repairs, roofing and building reinstatement across Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of fire, storm and commercial restoration work, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of projects, build industry relationships and be part of an established team.

What we're looking for:

- Experience in commercial construction, roofing, insurance repairs or reinstatement
- Exposure to insurance projects, ideally with established insurer, assessor or loss adjuster contacts
- Strong commercial understanding of budgets,



variations and subcontractor management
- Experience with Prime or similar project management systems is advantageous

The Role:

You'll be responsible for managing commercial insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion, including fire and storm damage reinstatement and commercial roofing. You'll oversee project budgets, variations, scheduling, subcontractors, documentation, quality and safety, while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
