About the role

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Service/Internal Sales and Admin Support person to join our friendly team. Someone who is passionate about helping others, able to connect and confidently interact with our customers.

We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service industry.

What you would do in this role

This is a diverse role focusing on sales and customer service in our busy parts store located in Wacol Qld.

- Welcome customers into our busy store, serve customers at our front counter and help our parts interpreters when needed

- Assist with inbound email and telephone sales enquiries

- Work with our branch manager and warehouse team to complete stock audits and inventory management

- Help order and manage parts, co-ordinating cyclic stock counts and stock clearances and specials

- Process and follow up overdue purchase and customer orders

- Process and follow up supplier orders, back orders and creditse

Is this for me?

This role would suit someone with Auto Parts, Trade, Tools or Retail experience.



Someone who has:

- A great customer service attitude
- A high level of initiative to support team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
- A positive and optimistic outlook

- Proficient with computer technology and systems – we will train you on our internal software and systems but you must have good to above average computer skills

- Previous experience with working with inventory is a big benefit
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is desirable

- Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you’re passionate about learning our industry and product range

- This role would suit an individual seeking to start a career in parts interpreting. You will have the prospect to start a parts interpreting apprenticeship, etc., and to learn from experienced, senior parts interpreters.
