About QuestConnect

QuestConnect is a small Perth agency (Byford, WA) that manages Google Ads for trades and local service businesses across Australia. We're looking for independent sales contractors to introduce our service to local businesses by phone. It's commission-only, from home, anywhere in Australia, on your own hours. Entry level welcome. Experience recommended.

What you could earn

Your pay reflects your skill and confidence. The better you are on the phone, the more clients you sign, and the more you earn.

You're paid twice for every business you sign: once up front, then every month they stay.

- Up front: you keep the client's whole first monthly fee, $580 or more per client. Bigger clients pay you more
- Every month after: 25% of the client's monthly fee, at least $145 a month per client, for as long as they stay
- No cap on how many clients you sign or how much you earn

Income that keeps building

Every client you sign adds to your monthly income, and keeps paying you while they stay. Here's how it stacks up:

- Sign 5 clients: $2,900 up front, then $725 every month after that
- Sign 5 clients a month for 6 months: $6,525 earned in month 6 alone, and $28,275 earned in total
- From then on, those 30 clients bring you $4,350 a month in passive income. To keep it coming, just stay on with us and sign at least one new client every 3 months
- Figures use our minimum fee and assume every client stays. What you earn depends on how many clients you sign and how long they stay

How you get paid

- You're paid as your clients pay us. Each client pays monthly, so each one adds to your pay every month
- Every payment comes with a clear statement showing each client and each fee
- Your first-month commission is earned 10 business days after the client's first payment clears
- Earned is earned: once you've earned commission, it's never taken back, unless your own breach of our calling rules forces us to refund a client





Who this suits

- Entry level welcome: we supply the call lists and default scripts, and show you how our systems work. Sales experience is a plus, not a must
- People wanting flexible work around study or another job, with the earning potential to grow it into a full time income
- Experienced closers wanting uncapped commission that keeps paying month after month

What you'll do

- Call businesses from call lists we supply, already checked against the Do Not Call Register
- Explain our Google Ads management honestly, in your own style or using the default scripts in your rep dashboard
- Send interested businesses your sign-up link, or book them a free call with us. Businesses sign up and pay us directly
- Log your calls in our rep dashboard on the day you make them

You work from home, by phone. We supply a QuestConnect phone number and phone app at our cost. You supply your own smartphone or computer and headset, and internet.

Your business, your way

- Be your own boss: you run your own business as an independent contractor and choose when and how much you work. As a contractor, you look after your own tax, super and insurance, and there's no wage or paid leave
- Set your own hours, within legal calling hours: 9am to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays, in the business's local time. No calls on Sundays or national public holidays
- No shifts, no call quotas and no required meetings. The only activity rule is signing at least one new client every 3 months to keep your ongoing commission. You're free to work for others too
- 6-month contract terms that renew. You can leave with 14 days' notice

What you need

- An ABN (free, and about 20 minutes to apply online if you don't have one) and a registered business name
- To be based in Australia
- Confidence on the phone
- Honesty: no pressure tactics and no promised results
