The Opportunity

Seeking a motivated and experienced Finance and Administration Officer to play a key role in the growing team. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while supporting ongoing improvements to systems, processes and reporting accuracy.

This is a hands-on position offering variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real impact across the business. This is a Monday - Friday, 8.30-5pm , permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounts receivable and invoicing

- Client invoicing and management of debtors

- Support accounts payable and perform daily bank reconciliations

- Maintain company insurances, contracts, and finance records plus general finance support

- Prepare and reconcile monthly BAS and other management and monthly reports

- Deliver accurate financial statements and cash flow forecasts





- Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and internal processes

- Provide general administration and team support as required

- Preparation of accurate and timely group management and financial reports, cash flow forecasting

About You

- Previous experience in an accounting or senior bookkeeping role

- Strong Excel skills

- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes

- Excellent attention to detail and time management

- Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills

- ERP system experience (Business Central highly regarded)

- Double entry accounting software experience is highly desired

- Motivated, hands-on and committed to continuous improvement and developing fellow team members
