We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AKS, GoLang Kubernetes Operator development, and ArgoCD to build and enhance scalable internal developer platforms.

This role focuses on platform engineering, developer self-service, automation, and GitOps-driven delivery—not traditional ticket-based DevOps support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable Kubernetes platforms using AKS.
- Develop custom Kubernetes Operators and controllers using GoLang.
- Implement GitOps deployment workflows using ArgoCD.
- Build reusable platform components, automation, and developer self-service capabilities.
- Implement security guardrails, monitoring, and platform reliability practices.
- Improve developer experience through standardised deployment patterns and golden paths.

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- GoLang-based Kubernetes Operator implementation.
- ArgoCD and GitOps deployment experience.
- Robust Kubernetes platform engineering fundamentals.
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.
