Aston Advantage is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and apprentices at a busy Dubbo workshop, overseeing servicing, repairs, rebuilds and daily operations for a modern fleet of Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi earthmoving equipment. Heavy Diesel trade qualified with workshop leadership experience is required.

You will mentor staff, support diagnostics, drive performance, manage safety, and ensure productive workshop outcomes, with a Monday–Friday roster and optional
