Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to deliver person-centred emotional and spiritual support across Cootamundra and Young. The role involves memorial planning, care planning documentation, and mentoring volunteers to enhance resident and client wellbeing.

You will work between two communities, with a flexible part time schedule, contributing to meaningful, compassionate care that aligns with SCC’s values and service delivery.
